If you are thinking of lacing up the boots and playing, you can find all the registration information here. We have several methods that make registering and sending payment painless and easy. We also hold multiple registration days in the off-season in-case you wanted to meet us in person when you register!
All players (men and women), including players submitted as part of a team, MUST fill out the player registration waiver form below. If you are submitting a team, we have created the team registration form below to make it easier to submit your players to the league.

You can now send us your payment online using our secure Paypal Cart. Additional charges will apply for online payments. (PayPal needs their cut )

* If you are registering a team, don’t forget to download the team form and get all that filled out also. Captains, please note that all of your team members will need to fill out a player registration waiver form even if they are giving payment to you, the captains. Thanks!

Over the next few months, we will be holding in-person registration days throughout the city. This will not only be a great time to register yourself or a team, you can also meet us and chat it up! Keep checking back for our next registration date.

Refunds will be given up until 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the program. After that, no refunds will be given. All refunds are subject to a $40 service charge.
